Refund Policy

At Reverence Restored, we want you to be completely satisfied with our coaching services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Coaching Sessions:  Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the first session. Refunds will be issued for unused sessions only.
Digital Products:  Refund requests for digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase. Access to the digital product will be revoked upon refund.
Group Programs:  Refund requests for group programs must be made within 14 days of the program start date. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended.

Delivery Policy

Reverence Restored offers digital products and services which are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access details for your purchased digital products or instructions to schedule your coaching sessions.

Digital Products:   Access is granted within 24-48 hours upon purchase.
Coaching Sessions:  You will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase to schedule your sessions.

Return Policy

As our products and services are primarily digital and personalized, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our offerings and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting the time and effort of our coaches.

Coaching Sessions:  Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.
Group Programs:  Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will receive a prorated refund based on the number of sessions attended.
Subscriptions:  Subscriptions can be canceled with a written request and sent to kevinandbree@reverencerestored.com   Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
