At Reverence Restored, we want you to be completely satisfied with our coaching services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

This Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Coaching Agreement”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between Reverence Restored and the Client who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, the Coach offers coaching services; and
WHEREAS, the Client retains the services of the Coach according to the terms and conditions herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the agreements made by the Parties to this point, the Coach and the Client (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree as follows:

REFUND POLICY
Coaching Programs: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Digital Products: Refund requests for digital products must be made within 24hours days of purchase. Access to the digital product will be revoked upon refund.

Group Programs: Cancellation of the monthly group program can be made at any time. The following payment will be terminated at the time of the cancellation.

Refund requests made via text message or instagram messenger will not be processed. We do not have a team that is monitoring those channels for refund requests.

DELIVERY POLICY
Reverence Restored offers digital products and services which are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access details for your purchased digital products or instructions to schedule your coaching sessions.

Digital Products: Access is granted within 24-48 hours upon purchase.
Coaching Sessions: You will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase to schedule your sessions.

RETURN POLICY
As our products and services are primarily digital and personalized, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our offerings and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting the time and effort of our coaches.

Coaching Sessions: Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 minimum notice hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited by either party with no penalty. Life happens and we will always accommodate rescheduling with the highest importance.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled with a written request and sent to kevinandbree@reverencerestored.com Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
